Day 23/100 – Breathing 2.0 – Rest Day

This day is a rest day, only a bit of walking and a short Breathing 2.0 cycle to keep things in line. Overall, I feel pretty good recently, I notice not a lot of weight loss on the scale but I do notice that I build muscle and my measurements start to change, so I’ll continue well on my path and plan awesome things for 2021 – but more in my upcoming post on planned things – stay tuned!
