Day 70 – Recreation + Breathing + IF

Day 70 – YAY! I’d never have imagined that I would be doing 70 days of workouts in a row but here we are!

Apart from doing a recreational session with Breathing 2.0 and afterwards some meditation today, I also decided to re-embark on Intermittent Fasting (a separate post about IF will follow) to shed weight and do something good for my health.
