Did another Energy session and since I was really tired and basically nearly couldn’t lift my ass up, I decided to try something new: a hypnosis session for raising the energy level – and man, it worked!
To clarify: I’ve used hypnosis and meditation for some time already, especially for relieving stress and working on my mindset but until today, I haven’t used it for working on my energy level. It was astonishing how good those 30 minutes of laying still and listening to the suggestions was and directly after it, I basically jumped up and went to work, burning some calories.
